COUNSELLING - PSYCHOTHERAPY

BOOK A SESSION

I use a blended approach to counselling, based on treating the whole person. My main focus is helping the individual reflect and then dig deep to find the root cause of unhappiness and discontentment. We then map out a pathway to healing and happiness. Central to this is to empower the individual to be the author of their own well-being journey.

Some of the interventions I use are;

Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Solution Focussed Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Person Centred Therapy, ACT as well as providing psycho - education as a tool to assist the individual in being the master of their own healing. I also believe in the value of Self Care in healing and personal growth and development.

I set 'homework' regularly, and we use these tasks to reflect upon in our sessions together.

Sessions last 1 hour.
